How to buy
01. Choose the section (rings,bracelets,necklaces) or the collection. View the product/s you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see detail and the products’ back, composition, available sizes,color and price.
02. Select a product and add it to your shopbox. You can then choose to carry on shopping or to process the order. Once you have entered your order, check that they are correct,choose your country and calculate the shipping cost. Now, click on “checkout” in the shopbox page.
03. Select a payment method:Your paypal account or your credit card, we accepted Visa,Mastercard, Discover, American Express and carta aura.
01. What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

02. Why might my credit card be refused?
Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:
– The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
– You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
– You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
03. Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled..
Shipping & Return
01. How long will my order take to arrive?
About 1/5 workin’ days from the email of shipping which you will receive when your order will be processed and taken by the courier.
The expectation is approximately the same all over the world, except in countries such as Brasil and Russia, where the shipment could take also one month for the delivery, due to Custom problems. If you not receive the order in the time specified above send an email to email@example.com, the Customer Service will be glad to help you for any problem.

02.How much do I pay for delivery service?
Depends on the state in which you want to ship the product. For more information look at the shipping cost table below, or open the Check Out page in Cart, where you will find all informations about shipping method and costs.

For international orders outside of the EU our prices are EXCLUDING custom fees and all additional taxes. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs. We suggest you to inquire about custom fees before purchasing.
03. Can i change a ring if the size is wrong? Can i return something?
Of course, you just have to send an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org specifying in the object of the mail EXCHANGE or RETURN of CFT3.
We’ll send you an Exchange/Return flyer, which must be written off and sent back with the goods within 14 days from the receipt of the goods ( sending the tracking number via mail ).
You can change your products with everything you find on the website, or change only the size. Before shipping back the package, ask in the email with which product you would like to change yours, just to know if it is still in stock, and to pay or receive the difference of the cost of the products.
IMPORTANT: PRODUCTS ON SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Ship your items back to our address and make sure you add tracking/confirmation so we can verify it was delivered to us. Products have to be sent in their original, unworn condition.
Our Company can offer a RETURN SERVICE, at the same price of the cost of the shipments that you can find above. You can use it, just sending an email with the object “Request of Return Service” at the mail email@example.com, the Costumer Assistance will be glad to give you all informations for the retirement of the object.
Shipping cost to return the object you bought and the new shipment will be charged to your account paypal used previously to do the order.
Before the return, always inform the company the choice to change the size sending a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Important: if you place an order taking advantage of one of our Free Shipment promotion and decide to return one or more items from that order, in case the total amount of the order drops under the money limit of the promotion after the refund, the shipment cost you should have paid without the promotion will be detected from the refund itself.
